Practical use
Use broader support first, then go deeper only where needed.
How it works
Upper traps often need a mix of support and depth. Start with control, then work deeper only into the denser points that tolerate it well.

Recommended pressure type
Best starting point for this zone.
This area often carries a mix of tension and depth, sitting between the neck and shoulder blade. An elbow point gives enough intensity for dense knots while staying easy to control.
Use safely
Begin with light pressure and increase gradually only while it remains comfortable. Stop if you feel sharp or increasing pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual weakness.

How to use
Set Up the Tool
Lie down
Place the tool between your upper back and the floor or a wall.
Position the points
Settle an elbow point into the thick muscle between neck and shoulder blade.
Check your alignment
Keep contact on muscle, away from the bony shoulder blade edge and joint.
Build the Pressure
Lower in gradually
Lean or lower your weight slowly so pressure builds steadily.
Ease as it softens
Let up on the pressure as the muscle starts to release.
Move to the next spot
Shift position slightly to work through the rest of the muscle.
